Anonymise a contact

As an alternative to the deactivation of a client’s contact, it’s possible to anonymise that profile.

Anonymising someone’s profile will hide their details and booking data and it will delete the documents created in GRATIS using that person as a contact, the CRM records and the address details.

Please note that this process cannot be reversed.

 

How to anonymise a contact

Locate the user’s profile in the Contacts module.

Go to the Privacy tab.

Click on Begin Anonymisation and select Anonymise.

Enter the contact email address and click on Anonymise.
