Can I have multiple contacts with the same email address?

We are often asked by customers if one email address can be used against multiple contacts within GRATIS.


As GRATIS is a contact driven system a unique email address can only be used in the system once.



  • The solution is to have one shared contact loaded against your client with the generic email address, we would advise labelling this contact as 'Event Booker' or something similar. 
  • You can then use this contact for all enquiries for this client and then put the booker's name in the 'Client Name' or ''Your Ref' field when creating your enquiry as this will allow you to have many bookers all using the same email address if required.
