How to deactivate a contact

It's not possible to delete a contact form GRATIS but you are able to deactivate a contact by following the steps outlines below.

*** Please note the Privacy tab is only visible if you go directly into a Contact rather than accessing the Contact via the Client ***

• From the main GRATIS menu select the contacts module

• Use the search contact box to locate the contact

• Once the contact has been located click on the privacy tab
  

• Untick 'Active' and click 'Save'
  

• The contact will now be deactivated and will not show in the clients contacts within the clients profile or when searching for the contact.
