It’s not possible to delete a contact in GRATIS, but you can deactivate them, so they no longer appear in client records or search results.
Steps to deactivate a contact
- From the main GRATIS menu, select the Contacts module.
- Use the Select Contact box to locate the contact you want to deactivate.
- Click to open the contact.
- Untick the “Contact Active?” box.
- Click Save.
Once saved, the contact is deactivated. They will no longer appear when searching for the contact in the Contacts module or in the enquiries/bookings modules.
