How to add a contact to a client

Use the steps below to associate a Contact (person) with a Client (company).

  • Go to the Clients module.
  • Search for and open the Client you want to add the contact to.




  • Click the Contacts tab.
  • Click Add.






  • If prompted with “Save changes before adding contact?”, click Yes.





  • In the contact form, enter at least the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.
  • Click the green Save button.






  • The form will reopen. Complete any remaining details for the contact as required.
  • Click Save again.





Once saved, the contact will be Active and connected to the selected Client. A single contact can be connected to multiple clients, so if the same person works with more than one company, you can repeat this process for each relevant client without needing to create duplicate contact records.
