I have added a contact in the contact module but it isn't showing in the client's profile

If you add a contact into the contacts module the contact will not be linked to a client until you link it to a client. To link the contact to a client please follow the below instructions




  • Browse to the specific client's profile and click on the contacts tab.

  • Click the 'Add contact' button








  • The pop up below will then be displayed.

  • Click ‘Yes’





  • The contacts window will now open








  • Enter the contact's first and last names and email address, then click ‘Save’ 

  • A warning message informing you that the email address already exists will now appear.

  • The system will now advise you if the contact is already connected to a client.

  • If the contact isn't linked the message will show as ‘None’ click ‘yes’ to link the contact with the client.
