- On the home screen of your GRATIS instance you will see several fields, one of which is New Portal Registrations. This field stores the information from contacts that have registered through your client portal or website. They may or may not have submitted an enquiry through your portal or website but they will need to be assigned to either an existing client or set up as a new client and contact.
You can choose to view the contact information by clicking on the contact name/hyperlink or assign to a client profile. If a client profile does not exist, one will need to be set up prior to assigning.

- If you choose to assign the contact, a field will pop-up for you to enter the Client Name, type the first few letters into the field and select from the displayed. Click once on the save hyperlink at the right side and your contact will be saved into the Client Profile.
- Once assigned, the contact will be removed from the new portal registration list. If not assigned, the details will remain.
- If the contact is a spam contact you can assign it to the client ' no enquiry contact'
