- On the home screen of your GRATIS instance, you will see several fields, one of which is New Website Enquiries. This field shows some of the information for the enquiry, that a contact has submitted through your client portal or website.
- They may or may not already be an existing client and contact, if they are a new contact, they will need to be assigned to GRATIS, please follow this article for guidance on how to assign a new portal registration - How to process ‘New Portal Registrations
To view and action the new website enquiry, you can click on the reference number of the enquiry, which is hyperlinked, this will then option the enquiries module, where some of the information for the enquiry has been completed.
You will need to ensure all information appears as you require and complete any outstanding data and follow the GRATIS enquiry process. For guidance on the enquiries module please follow this article - Enquiries
Once the enquiry has been actioned, this will be removed from the new website enquiries list.
