Unable to send an RFP as there is no contact in the pop up

Check the venue contact is ticked for conference enquiries in the venue module.


  • Locate the venue within the venue module and click on the contacts tab


  • Check that at least one contact is ticked for conf 




  • If no contacts are ticked for conf click the view button next to the contact to open the contact window and place a tick in the box next to conference correspondence.
