Unable to convert an enquiry to an event booking.

  • If the status is not showing as 'provisional' please review the status of each venue option and ensure that at least one venue option is set to 'provisional':








  • You will also need to ensure that the 'Holding Status' is set:






  • If a venue has responded to you over the telephone rather than through the online RFP you will need to ensure that you set the 'Response Method' to 'Telephone' or 'Email'








  • Once you have set the 'Holding Status' the 'Option Status' and the 'Response Method'  you will need to save you changes by clicking 'Save' within the venue option




  • You will also need to click the 'Save' button in the top right hand side of the enquiry:




  • Going back to the 'General ' tab the status of the booking should now show as ' Provisional' and now when clicking 'Convert to booking' the enquiry will become an 'Event booking' 



  • You will now be able to convert the enquiry to a booking.
