How do I send an enquiry to an additional venue once the enquiry has been converted to a booking?

*Please note that you can't unconvert a confirmed booking, to add more venues to a confirmed booking you would need to clone the booking.


  • Go into the booking and click on the agent tab




  • Locate the 'Unconvert Booking' button and click it







  • This will move the booking back to an enquiry


  • Add the additional venues and then click the 'contact venues' button within the 'Venues' tab



  • Be sure to select 'contact uncontacted options' so only the newly added venues will receive the enquiry
