How do I unconvert a booking

There may be occasions when you would like to unconvert a booking back to an enquiry such as when you would like to add more venues to an enquiry.


Please note that you can only unconvert provisional bookings and not confirmed bookings. 


To unconvert a booking please follow the steps below



  • Go into the booking and click on the agent tab




  • Locate the 'Unconvert Booking' button and click it







  • This will move the booking back to an enquiry
