There may be occasions when you need to unconvert a booking back to an enquiry – for example, if you want to add more venues to the original enquiry.
Important: You can only unconvert provisional bookings. Confirmed bookings cannot be unconverted.
How to unconvert a provisional booking?
- Locate and open the booking you want to unconvert.
- Go to the Agent tab
- Click “Unconvert Booking”
- Booking becomes an enquiry again
- The booking will be moved back to an enquiry, allowing you to:
- Add more venues
- Make any other necessary changes before reconverting to a booking
