How do I unconvert a booking

There may be occasions when you need to unconvert a booking back to an enquiry – for example, if you want to add more venues to the original enquiry.


Important: You can only unconvert provisional bookings. Confirmed bookings cannot be unconverted.


How to unconvert a provisional booking?

  • Locate and open the booking you want to unconvert.
  • Go to the Agent tab
  • Click “Unconvert Booking”
  • Booking becomes an enquiry again
  • The booking will be moved back to an enquiry, allowing you to:
    • Add more venues
    • Make any other necessary changes before reconverting to a booking
