When an enquiry comes into Gratis from an EnCloud linked agent, it is indicated as such:






To better automate the EnCloud process, we have added a new button on the Venues tab for agents to send an EnCloud response back to original agent:




This new button will send your provisional or released options back to the source agent and update their enquiry. An email will also be sent to the consultant of their enquiry informing them of your response.


There is no longer a requirement to convert to a booking. In fact if you convert the enquiry to a booking the response will not be sent to the originating agent.



EnCloud responses will be shown for each option in the option list like so:


Note: It may take a minute to send a response, then it’ll display after reloading the enquiry


When a venue responds via MyEventsChannel, the usual timestamp will show as well as the EnCloud response date (as above).
