Preferred Venues and Venue Groups are configured with expiry dates. Please use the guide below to check your dates haven't expired
- Click on "Setup" located at the top right-hand corner of the page, and then select "Office Preferences."
- Navigate to the "Preferred Venues" tab and verify the expiry date. If it has already expired, click on the edit button (the pencil icon) and update the expiry date.
- Repeat the same process for each group listed, if applicable.
- Finally, scroll down to the bottom of the page to review the "Preferred Venues" section, and follow the same process as described above to ensure that all expiry dates are up-to-date.
