Updating Dates On Your Preferred Venues and Venue Groups

Preferred Venues and Venue Groups are configured with expiry dates. Please use the guide below to check your dates haven't expired 


  1. Click on "Setup" located at the top right-hand corner of the page, and then select "Office Preferences."
  2. Navigate to the "Preferred Venues" tab and verify the expiry date. If it has already expired, click on the edit button (the pencil icon) and update the expiry date.
  3. Repeat the same process for each group listed, if applicable.
  4. Finally, scroll down to the bottom of the page to review the "Preferred Venues" section, and follow the same process as described above to ensure that all expiry dates are up-to-date.
