Client proposal or client confirmation documents will not display.

If you've tried to view a client proposal or confirmation document and you receive an error advising you that the document can't be displayed please follow these instructions to resolve the issue



  • Within the event booking click on the 'Agent' tab




  • Locate the 'Document Settings' text on the left hand side of the page and click the 'view' button.





  • A pop-up window will open titled ' Please select your documents'
  • Please click 'Clear settings' and then click 'Save'





  • Go back into the 'Documents tab' and click on the client document that you wish to view and the document will now display correctly.
