If you've tried to view a client proposal or confirmation document and you receive an error advising you that the document can't be displayed please follow these instructions to resolve the issue
- Within the event booking click on the 'Agent' tab
- Locate the 'Document Settings' text on the left hand side of the page and click the 'view' button.
- A pop-up window will open titled ' Please select your documents'
- Please click 'Clear settings' and then click 'Save'
- Go back into the 'Documents tab' and click on the client document that you wish to view and the document will now display correctly.
