How do I include 'other venues considered' on the client proposal document?

When sending out your client proposals documents it is possible to include a list of venues that were considered for the proposal that did not make the final client proposal venue list.


  • In order to include these venues on the proposal document when building your enquiry and adding venues be sure to check the box that says 'Inc in Other Venues Considered'.


 


  • If you have already added venues to your proposal without checking the box simply open your enquiry and click on the venues tab






  • Next, you will need to click on 'View' 








  • This will expand the enquiry for the specific venue.






  • Now click the checkbox next to 'Inc in Other Venues Considered'. 





  • Now click the green save button






  • Repeat this process for all venues that you would like to appear as 'other venues considered ' at the bottom of your client proposal document
