How to manually decline a venue and still have it show on the client options document

It is possible to show venues that have declined within the proposal document under the header ' Other Venues Considered'

This brief guide will walk you through how this is achieved

• Select the enquiry module from the left-hand modules list
  

• Enter the enquiry number and select the enquiry from the dropdown list
  

• Click on the venues tab and click ‘view’  to open the venue option details for the specific venue.

• Scroll down to the ‘option status’  select declined from the dropdown and tick the box ‘ Inc in other venues considered’

• Once you have converted the enquiry to a booking the declined venue option will display at the bottom of the client document under the header 'Other Venues Considered'
