How to set a venue or venue groups status as 'Do Not Use'

Within GRATIS it is possible to set venues and/or venue groups to have a 'Do Not Use' status 


Setting a 'Do Not Use' status means that the venue or venue group will appear in RED when the agent is using the venue search functions.


To set a venue or venue group's status to Do Not Use please follow this document but don't set the venue or venue group to have a 'preferred status', simply select Do Not Use and enter the level as 10 as in the screenshot below.





Once complete click once on the ADD command button to the right, and then repeat the process with other venues or groups or close off by clicking on the green save button at the top of the page. 




                                                       Setting Do Not Use against specific clients




It is possible that certain clients will prefer to use specific venues and that certain clients might not want to use specific venues.


Within GRATIS it is possible to set a 'Do Not Use' status to a venue or venue group.



  1. To set this at the client level follow the above instructions but instead of setting this globally in 'Office Preferences' you will need to browse to the specific client record in the client module as below.
