Changing images on Client proposal document

When you generate a Client Proposal the system will pre-populate images from the venue listing.

If you would like to change the images the steps below will guide you through changing them

• Locate and select the enquiry you would like to change the images for
• Go to the Options tab and click on 'Change Proposal Images' 

• A pop-up box will appear , here you can select a max of 6 new images
• Click on the drop-down for the list of images to appear

• Once you have selected all of the images click update.

• Once you have clicked update you will need to generate the Client proposal again to show the new images, you can do this by pressing the large green Save button in the top right of the booking screen
