Adding and Displaying Venue Purchase Order (PO) Numbers in Commission Claims

This guide explains how to add a Venue Purchase Order (PO) Number to a booking in GRATIS and how it appears on commission claim documents.

When to Use

If a venue provides a purchase order number and requests that it be shown on the commission claim, follow the steps below.

Steps to Add a Venue PO Number

  1. Open the relevant booking in GRATIS.
  2. Navigate to the Agent tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  4. Locate the field labelled Venue PO Number.
  5. Enter the provided PO number in this field.






How the Venue PO Number Appears

  • After the booking is reconciled and the commission claim is created, the Venue PO Number will be displayed in the document header, on the right-hand side of the commission claim.





This process ensures that venue purchase order details are clearly visible on commission claims, meeting venue requirements for documentation.
