How to manage multiple accommodation spaces at different venues within the same booking on the same dates

This feature is designed for GRATIS users who need to manage multiple accommodation spaces at different venues within the same booking on the same dates. This guide will walk you through the process of confirming multiple venues in a single booking.

• Create an Accommodation Enquiry or Booking as usual. After receiving responses from venues and converting it to a booking, or inputting the rates to the booking, you can proceed with confirming multiple venue options.
• Navigate to the Options tab, locate the dropdown list containing the available venues and select the venue you wish to confirm from the list.
• Directly below the Delete Option button, you will find the "Confirm as New Booking" option. Click on it.

• A warning message will appear, informing that the selected venue will be removed from the original booking and confirmed as a new booking. 

• Upon clicking "Confirm as New Booking", a pop-up will appear. It will inform you that a new booking will be created and added to the current reservation. The reference number will be similar to the original one but will end in "/2".
• Greyed-out fields cannot be changed.
• You can amend charges once the booking is created.
• You will have the option to copy over the information from the Guests tab by selecting the appropriate checkbox. If unchecked, you can add new information to this field.

• After making any necessary changes, click "OK". This will open the new booking page.
• The Review Date and the Holding Status must be set up again. 
• Make any other needed amendments.
• Click "Save" to create a new version of the documents and be able to send them over to the client and the venue.
• If you have more venues to confirm return to the original booking and repeat the process by selecting the next venue to be confirmed and following the same steps.
• If you no longer need to confirm additional venues, proceed to confirm the final venue in the original booking and release any other options within the booking.
