Issues submitting or searching on MEPv2

At times a user may be presented with an error message when submitting a quick enquiry or when searching for venues.


Most of these issues can be resolved by following the below instructions 



1. Log out of the website by clicking your profile in the top right and choosing to log out




2. Follow these instructions exactly to clear the cache and cookies from the browser, choose the instructions for the browser in use:





Once all of that has been completed the user should experience a seamless journey.
