Client Portal - How contacts can view other contacts enquiries/bookings

Contacts within an organisation are able to view enquiries raised by other contacts within the organisation.



  • Configuring a contact's access to the portal is controlled through the contacts module in GRATIS


  • From the main menu select Contacts, enter the Contact name in the Select Contact search box and once the contact has loaded click on the Booking Profile tab






  • Click the view enquires for dropdown and choose the appropriate setting:


  1. This Contact - is the default and the contact will only be able to view their own bookings.
  2. All Contacts - enables the contact to see other contact's bookings if they belong to the same Client
  3. All Contacts & Child Clients - as above plus the ability to see bookings of other contacts in other clients if related by a parent company
