The Branding tab allows you to customise your clients' portal tailoring them them to each client individually. You can personalise the landing page with different text, add their logo to their portal, and enable the Instant Book feature, among other options.

MyEventsPortal Branding
- Client portal landing page text: Add a personalised welcome message for your client’s contacts when they log in to the portal.
- Copy the text to all clients or all child clients if needed.
- Logo: Add your client’s logo, which will be displayed on their proposal documents.
Instant Book
- Enable Instant Book: This feature allows your client to make bookings directly from their portal.
Bespoke Client Forms
- Create a bespoke enquiry form for your client to save as a URL or load into their own Company Intranet.
- Note: Client’s contacts need to be logged into the portal to access this form.
- Customise each form to capture specific information, such as job numbers and cost centre codes. This is managed in GRATIS, in the Client Fields tab.
- Your client’s contacts can confirm or decline venue choices in the booking or cancel bookings on the portal.
- These actions must be processed by you in GRATIS to confirm or releas a venue, or cancel bookings.
- Enable enquiry summary view: Choose this option to allow your client’s contacts to review the enquiry summary before submitting it.
- Each new bespoke Client form is assigned a default URL. To change the URL, Click the ‘Edit’ button.
- Enter a custom URL and click ‘Check Availability’ to ensure it's available for use.
- If available, click ‘Apply’ to save the URL for the client.
- View: If you login as one of the contacts you can view the enquiry form they will have access to.
- Form heading: Add a header to the enquiry form.
- Banner text: It will be displayed below the client’s logo.
- Welcome Text: You can enter a series of instructions for your client to complete the form with the correct information.
- This may include details of the information required and whether it is mandated.
- If your client requires additional information to be collected along with the enquiry, you can include your existing Client Fields as fields on the bespoke client forms.
- The fields available in the list will reflect those in the Client Fields.
- To have them displayed on the form, simply hold down the Control key on your keyboard and click the fields you want to use.
- The bespoke client forms will respect the ‘Required’ status of each client field.
- You can also add a note for each field in the “Usage” column within the Client Fields tab.
- Show ‘Reason for event’ field on the form: Require your client to specify the reason for the event. If it’s not mandatory, do not select this option.
- Show logo on bespoke client form: Display the logo on the form.
- Show ‘Contact on the day’ field on form: If selected, makes this information mandatory for clients when filling out the enquiry form.
- You have the ability to customise the headings for the default sections of the form to tailor this to your client’s requirements or internal language guides.
- The ‘Additional Details’ heading is what will be shown to group all of the client fields used for the form, so you may want to label this to reflect this.
- Note: Requiring users to be logged in to access the form is now obsolete since users must be logged in to access anything on the portal, including the enquiry form.
- This is how the bespoke client form will look like:
- If the option to enable the enquiry summary view is selected, this is what your client will see when they click Submit.
