The My Events Portal and GRATIS allow users to manage the colour scheme, logo, banner, and wording to create a personalized experience for their clients.

Accessing Customization Options

To access the customization options in GRATIS, follow these steps:

1. Click on "Setup" on the top right-hand corner of the screen;

2. Select Office Preferences from the dropdown menu;

3. Go to sites tab and scroll down the page to the "Documents & myeventsportal heme" field.

Customization Options

Within the "Document & myeventsportal theme" field, there are several customization options available:

Quick Enquiry Title: By default, the title of the quick enquiry section is "Quick Enquiry," but users can change it to any desired title.

Call Me Back Title: Similarly, users can also change the title of the "Call Me Back" section.

Logo Image: The logo should not exceed the dimensions of 200px (width) x 95px (height) and will be displayed on the client's portal.

Banner Type: Users can choose to display only the banner, only the logo or an iFrame.

Banner Image: The dimensions of the banner image should not exceed 1140px (width) x 200px (height).

Background Image: Users can set a background image for the portal.

Colour Scheme and Font

After the image options, there are nine other fields where users can set their colour scheme and select the font they want to apply to the text.

The other customization options available include:

Background Colour: The colour for myeventsportal.co.uk.

Theme Colour: The colour of the heading for myeventsportal.co.uk.

Document Ruler Colour: The colour of the rule in the proposal document.

Field Name Colour: The titles and welcome text colour within the proposal document.

Summary Background Colour: The background colour of the summary of the options field in a proposal document.

Summary Text Colour: The summary of options in the proposal document.

Editing Texts

Users can also edit the texts displayed on the portal by selecting the desired field from the dropdown list.

Saving Changes

Once all changes have been made, click "Save" to update the portal.
