Here are the steps to follow when you confirm the wrong venue:

  • Once the booking is confirmed, it cannot be reversed to change the venue.
  • To rectify the situation, you will need to cancel the existing booking.
  • After cancelling, you need to clone the booking to create a new one.
  • When cloning, you will have to manually complete the charges table.
  • By completing the charges table, you can confirm the correct venue for the new booking.
