The Conversion Rate by Booking Report provides insights into enquiries converted to confirmed bookings within a specified date range. The data is grouped by various criteria, including consultant, client, account manager, enquiry contact, hotel group, location, source, and venue/supplier.
Data Provided:
- Number of days from enquiry creation to the arrival date
- Number of days from enquiry creation to the confirmed date
- Enquiry date, Arrival date, and Confirmation date
- Confirmed venue
- Booking value
- Commission value
Additional Filters:
- Break down the report further by selecting from the Client, Contact, Venue, Supplier, or Hotel Group picklists in the right column.
- You can also filter for Credit Card Bookings only.
How to Generate the Report:
- Choose Grouping Criteria: Select how to group the report (e.g., consultant, client, venue).
- Apply Additional Filters: Refine the report by Client, Contact, Venue, Supplier, or Hotel Group.
- Select Date Range: Choose the date range.
- Generate Report: Click Preview, PDF to print, or Reset to start over.
This report provides a detailed view of the booking conversion process and associated values.
