The Reports Module is an invaluable facility, providing the ability to run a myriad of complex reports ranging from agency performance, to client spend and venue/supplier statistics.
Creating a New Report
From the Home Menu on the left-hand side of the GRATIS interface, click once on ‘Reports’ and the reports selector screen will open in a new tab:
The Choose Report section provides you with a drop-down list to select the type of report you wish to run – this will also determine the criteria available to you for your chosen report.
In the second section, you are able to choose which office you wish to include information from within your report. The default is set to your main office.
