Conversion Rate Report

The Conversion Rate Report provides a snapshot of the number of enquiries converted to bookings within a specified date range, grouped by consultant, client, venue, or contact.


  • Data Provided:
    • Total number of enquiries converted
    • Enquiry value
    • Confirmed value
    • Percentage of enquiries converted by the consultant
    • The report is itemized by booking type.


Additional Filters:

  • You can further break down the report by selecting from the Client, Contact, Venue, or Supplier picklists in the right column. For example, you can run a report grouped by consultant for a specific venue.


Important Note:

  • Lost Enquiries: Enquiries that were not converted to bookings are not considered in the conversion rate calculation.

Example:

  • If a user worked on 37 enquiries and converted 20 to bookings, only those 20 would be included in the report. If only 3 bookings were confirmed, the conversion rate would be 15%.

How to Generate the Report:

  1. Choose Grouping Options: Select consultant, client, venue, or contact.
  2. Apply Additional Filters: Refine your report by Client, Contact, Venue, or Supplier.
  3. Set Date Range: Choose the date range.
  4. Generate Report: Click Preview, PDF to print, or Reset to start over.
  5. Export to Excel: Use the Save to Excel button at the top left to export the report.


This report provides a detailed view of enquiry conversion performance.
