This guide will walk you through importing your Tams accommodation bookings into GRATIS
- From the menu options, select Accommodation Booking and the following screen will appear. Click on ‘New’
- In the top right side of the screen, click ‘Add’
- Now enter the Client name and the Contact name
- Leave the consultant options set as Client Default
- Now click on the Import Reservation text and when the pop up appears choose TAMS
- On the left-hand side of the page click on ‘Choose file’. Browse to the TAMS .csv file that you have received from TAMS. Select the file and click on ‘Import’.
- Clicking on ‘TAMS’ will then show this pop-up box. Choose the booking that you would like to import, and then click ‘Import’ on the right-hand side of the booking.
- Once you have clicked ‘Import’, this pop-up box will appear. Click ‘OK’ at the bottom of the pop-up box if the details about the room reservation are correct.
- Once you have clicked ‘OK’ you will be able to select a venue option. Clicking the green ‘Select’ button will add the venue to the accommodation booking. – Please ensure this is the correct venue before selecting as there could be more than one venue to choose from if the venue name is the same but in a different location.
- The next screen will look like this:
- The majority of the information here will be pre-populated based on the booking you are importing but you can change it if you wish. Don't forget to add the client fields if there is a requirement for them.
- Once the correct information is there, click ‘Add & Confirm’ from the options at the bottom and your accommodation booking will be fully imported into GRATIS
- Documents will be created and placed in the outbox for you to approve and send if required.
