Importing a new booking from HotelZon


  • From the menu options select Accommodation Booking and the following screen will appear.
  • In the top right side of the screen, click ‘New’.






  • The following screen will appear. 

                 



  • Enter your client and contact and click on ‘Import Reservation’




  • A small pop up box will appear. Click on ‘HOTELZON’.

    



  • Once you have clicked ‘HOTELZON’ the following box will appear showing the bookings you have.
  • Click on ‘IMPORT’ 


 




  • Choose the booking that you would like to import and then click ‘OK’.




  • Once you have clicked ‘OK’ you will be able to select a venue option. 

  • Click the green ‘Select’ button and this will choose the venue for you. 







  • The next screen will look like the below screen shot. The majority of the information here will be pre-populated based on the booking you are importing but you can change it if you wish. 
  • Remember to add client fields if there is a requirement for them. 
  • Once the information is correct , click ‘Add & Confirm’ from the options at the bottom.



  • The imported bookings documents will now appear in your Outbox

  • These documents do not need to be sent

  • To remove the documents click on the small tick boxes on the right of the page to select the documents for rejection.

  • Once you have selected your document click on ‘Reject Selected’





  • Give yourself a high five - Job well done!
