This report shows details of bookings with accommodation requirements, including Accommodation-only bookings and Conference bookings that also have bedrooms.

Important Note: 

Bedrooms in conference bookings will only appear if the charge lines referring to bedrooms in the charges table are set to R (Room).

If set to C (Conference), such as for a 24-Hour rate, the bedroom will not appear in the report.

Filters:

You can use the filters to group the report by:

• Client;
• Consultant;
• Account Manager;
• Enquiry Contact;
• Hotel Group;
• Venues.

Date Range: 

You can set the date range based on Enquiry Date or Arrival Date.

Additional Filters:

Filter the report based on a specific Venue, Hotel Group or Ownership.

Report Overview:

The report provides an overview of confirmed bookings with accommodation requirements, including the number of guests, the number of days/nights, the booking value and the commission.

Difference in Display:

Accommodation Bookings:

• Guests column: Displays the number of guests.
• No of Days or Nights column: Shows the actual number of days/nights.

Conference Bookings:

• Guests column: Will show zero guests.
• No of Days or Nights column: Will show zero.

The Room Nights column will display the number of bedrooms confirmed in both accommodation and conference bookings and the total number of bedrooms across all bookings.
