Jobs & Projects Report

Modified on Wed, 2 Apr at 4:23 PM

The Jobs and Projects Report is designed to help users track all bookings grouped under the same Job Number or Project Name. This report is particularly useful for monitoring multi-booking jobs or projects, ensuring that all relevant bookings are tracked together for better management and reporting.

Key Features:

  • Multi-Booking Jobs and Projects:
    • The report includes only Jobs or Projects with two or more bookings. If a job or project consists of a single booking, it will not appear in this report.
    • All bookings associated with the same Job Number or Project Name will be grouped together in the report.
  • Grouping Options:
    • The report can be grouped by either Job/Project or Client. You can select your preferred grouping based on how you want the data to be displayed.
  • Date Filters:
    • You can filter the report based on Enquiry Date or Arrival Date.
    • Select the date range for the report, allowing you to focus on specific time periods of interest.
  • Client and Contact Filters:
    • If you want to run the report for a specific Client and/or Contact, you can set these filters in the right-hand column. This allows you to focus the report on particular clients or contacts, making it easier to manage their related bookings.

Use Cases:

  • Managing Multi-Booking Projects: This report is particularly helpful when managing jobs or projects with multiple bookings, as it allows you to track them all together under the same Job Number or Project Name.
  • Client-Specific Reporting: Filter by client and contact to get detailed reports on bookings related to specific clients or individuals, helping to streamline communication and reporting.
  • Event or Service Planning: For event planners or account managers, the report can help in tracking bookings associated with the same project or event, ensuring all related bookings are accounted for.
