Venue Response Time Report

This report helps you monitor the response times of venues and suppliers to online enquiries, allowing you to quickly assess whether a particular venue has responded within the deadline set at the time the enquiry was sent.

Response times in GRATIS are calculated based on the system’s standard operating hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 (a ten-hour working day). Only time that falls within these business hours is counted towards response time metrics. Any requests or actions submitted outside of these hours will have their response time calculation paused until the next working period begins. This ensures that response times accurately reflect the service provided during official operating hours.


Key Features:

  • Response Time Tracking: See at a glance how long it took for venues/suppliers to respond to your enquiries, and whether they met the response deadline.
  • Customizable Filters:
    • Date Range: Choose the dates you wish to review.
    • Enquiry or Arrival Date: Select whether you want to view results based on the enquiry date or arrival date.
  • Venue/Supplier Filters: By default, the report will display all enquiries for all venues within your selected date range. However, you can filter the results by:
    • Specific Venue or Supplier
    • Hotel Group, Affiliation, and Ownership Group


How to Use the Report:

  1. Select Date Range: Choose the start and end dates for your report.
  2. Enquiry or Arrival Date: Choose whether to filter by Enquiry Date or Arrival Date.
  3. Preview: Click "Preview" to generate the report based on your selections.
  4. Reset: Click "Reset" to clear your filters and start over.


Exporting the Report:

You can export the results of the report to various formats, including Excel and CSV, by clicking the Save icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
