Lost Business Report

The Lost Business Report identifies bookings that have been lost during the specified date range, regardless of the enquiry or arrival date. This report provides key insights into the reasons for lost business. Additionally, where applicable, it displays the value of the least expensive option and the commission that would have been generated from that option.


Key Features:

You can group the report by the following criteria:

  • Client
  • Consultant
  • Account Manager
  • Enquiry Contact
  • Source
  • Reason for Lost Business


This allows you to analyse the data based on different perspectives. For example, you can view the report grouped by Reason for Lost Business for a particular Venue or Client to identify any patterns.

 

Customizing the Report:

To refine your results, you can further filter the report using the Client, Venue, or Supplier picklists in the right column.


Running the Report:

  1. Select Filters
     Choose the appropriate grouping and filter options (Client, Venue, Supplier, etc.).
  2. Choose Date Range
     Specify the desired date range for the report.
  3. Preview or Reset
    • Click Preview to generate the report.
    • Click Reset to clear your selections and start again.
