The Daily Enquiries Report provides a snapshot of enquiries that are yet to be completed for a specified date or date range.
This report includes the following key details for each enquiry:
- Client Contact: The individual client associated with the enquiry.
- Venues Optioned: Any venues that have been optioned for the client.
- Added Value: Additional services or value provided to the client.
- Account Manager: The individual responsible for managing the account.
How to Use the Report:
- Select Date Range
Choose the date range for the enquiries you want to view. - Preview or Reset
- Click Preview to view the report.
- Click Reset to start over and select a new date range.
Report Overview
The report will display the following information for each enquiry:
- Date Added: The date the enquiry was created.
- Booking Reference Number: The reference number for the enquiry.
- Arrival Date: The date the client is expected to arrive.
- Client: The name of the client.
- Client Contact: The contact person for the client.
- Proposed Venue: The venue(s) being considered for the client.
- Added Value: Any additional value provided to the client.
- Min Amount: The minimum amount related to the enquiry.
- Account Manager: The individual responsible for the account.
