CRM History

The CRM History report generates a comprehensive list of all activities (e.g., history notes, emails sent from the system) within a specified date range, based on your selected criteria.


You can use this report to track activities for specific individuals or teams. For example:

  • Account Manager's emails
  • Consultant's Pre-Event Calls
  • All activities for everyone within a specific date range

The default setting is to report on Client Contacts, but you can also filter the report to include Venue/Supplier Contacts.


Key Filtering Options:

  1. Contact Type
    Select the type of contact you want to include, or choose ALL from the pick-list to include all contact types.
  2. Contacted By
    Select an individual, or choose ALL to include activities from all users.
  3. Date Range
     Specify the date range for the report to capture activities within a certain time frame.
  4. Source
     Filter by the source of the activity. For example, if you are interested in activities related to a specific promotion or exhibition, you can select the relevant source.

 

TIP: You can set up new sources in the CompanyCcompany Preferences Module, under the Reservation/Venue Tab, in the Sources Section.


Running the Report

  • After selecting your filters, click the Filter button to generate the report.
  • Once the report is generated, you can export the results to a spreadsheet by clicking the Export button on the lower-left side of the screen.


Refreshing the Report

If you need to update the report with the most current data, click the Refresh button before exporting.
