Users with multiple offices in GRATIS can transfer clients from one office to another. This process is straightforward and does not impact historical bookings or client reference numbers.
How to Move a Client to a Different Office
- Access the Clients module in GRATIS.
- Locate and select the client you wish to move to a different office.
- Navigate to the Agent tab.
- On the right-hand side at the top of the page, find the Office ID field.
- Select the new office you want to assign to the client.
- Click Save to confirm the change.
Important Notes
- Changing a client’s office will not affect any historical bookings or their reference numbers.
- This functionality only moves the client to a different office. If you also need to move the client’s contacts, please refer to the related help document: Move Client Contacts Functionality
