This document lists the changes recently made to the Venues module.
The ‘Filter' functionality was removed for Venues.
As an alternative, the Venue Search module can be used to find venues and it’s possible to filter the search by Town, County, Country, Postcode and Venue Group.
General tab
- 'Active field' was removed
- 'Listing type' moved to the top right section
Facilities/Rates tab
- 'Add' facility was removed
- 'Affiliations & Associations' section introduced
Agent tab
- 'Venue' name field was removed
- 'Hotel Code' label changed to 'Venue Id'
- 'TVD/Click4Code' field is removed
- 'Details saved by agent' field was introduced to indicate if venue data is saved by an agent in GRATIS or not
- 'Preferred Level' field is removed
- 'Contra payment agreed' field introduced
- 'Loyalty Code' moved to a separate section
- 'Central contacts meeting size' moved to a separate section
Contacts tab
- Contacts list is set to match the contacts listed in the system, excluding the ones that are CRM only and set to hide in GRATIS
Location tab
- Map was introduced
Images tab
- Link to My Events Portal is provided to view images for 'Enhanced' listing type venues
Enquiries tab
- Consultant’s full name was replaced by their initials, however, their full name is still visible by hovering over
Audit tab
- Introduced audit for all editable fields
