Zero Revenue Report

The Zero Revenue Report provides a detailed list of bookings that do not generate any income for the GRATIS user. You can customise the report by choosing to view all bookings or restricting it to specific clients, contacts, venues, or suppliers.

Key Features:

• Custom Filters: Use the pick-lists in the right-hand column to filter the report by:
  • Client
  • Contact
  • Venue
  • Supplier
• Date Range: Select the desired date range for the report.
• Report Type: Choose between a Summary or Detailed report, depending on the level of detail you need.

How to Generate the Report:

1. Make Selections: Choose the filters (client, contact, venue, or supplier) and set the date range.
2. Preview: Click "Preview" to view the report.
3. PDF: Click "PDF" to download and print the report.
4. Reset: Click "Reset" to clear your selections and start over.

Exporting the Report:

To export the data to a spreadsheet, click the Save to Excel button in the top-left corner of your screen.
