Survey Return Rate Report

The Survey Summary Report provides a summary of the number of surveys sent out and received within a selected date range, along with a total year-to-date count.

Key Features:

• Survey Counts: The report displays the number of surveys sent and received for the specified date range.
• Year-to-Date Totals: It also includes the total number of surveys sent and received for the year to date.

How to Use the Report:

1. Select Date Range: Choose the dates you wish to review.
2. Preview: Click "Preview" to generate the report based on your selected date range.
3. PDF: Select "PDF" to download and print the report.
4. Reset: Click "Reset" to clear your selections and start over.
