The Client Contact Details Report helps identify individual contacts within organizations, along with their allocated Account Managers, sources of inquiry, market segments, and industry categories.
Filters: You can customize the report using the following filters:
- Account Manager: Select one or choose "All."
- Source: Choose one or select "All."
- Market Segment: Choose one or select "All."
- Industry Category: Choose one or select "All."
Further Selections: In the right column, refine results by Client, Contact, or Parent Company.
Once you've made your selections, you can either Preview the report or Reset to start over.
You can see when the contact's profile was created and the last time the user logged into My Events Portal.
Exporting Data
- To export the preview to a spreadsheet, use the Save to Excel command button located in the top left corner of the document.
- To view the assigned Account Manager, save the report as a CSV file. The last column in the CSV will show the Account Manager details.
