The new GRATIS to CSN single sign-on experience gives eligible users a simple way to open their associated Cvent Supplier Network account directly from GRATIS without interrupting their workflow.

Overview

This initial release is designed for users who already use both GRATIS and Cvent Supplier Network.

When a user has synced access to both platforms with the same email address and matching account details, they can move from GRATIS into CSN quickly and seamlessly.

A simpler path between platforms, less friction during sourcing, and faster access to the right tools for each part of the planning process.

Customers using both GRATIS and CSN The experience is available if you actively use both platforms as part of your sourcing workflow.

Accounts with matching email details To enable single sign-on, the user must have an account in both systems with the same email address and aligned account information.

How it works

1 Find the CSN tile in GRATIS

Users will see the Cvent Supplier Network tile in the lower-left area of their available GRATIS modules.

2 Select the access button

After opening the CSN access screen, the user selects the button to continue.

3 Open CSN in a new tab

A new browser tab opens to your CSN account so you can continue working without a separate sign-in step.

Why it matters

• Helps users move more easily between sourcing workflows across GRATIS and Cvent Supplier Network.

• Supports sourcing across regions, including GRATIS for many UK and European RFP workflows and CSN for broader global sourcing needs.

• Gives users more flexibility to work in the platform that best fits their preferences, including Instant Book experiences where available.

What’s next

A future release is planned to support GRATIS users who do not yet have CSN access, allowing them to create an account and begin navigating to Cvent Supplier Network directly from GRATIS.
