Transaction fees do not appear on the client confirmation document

  • In order for a transaction fee to appear with the charges on a client confirmation document please follow these instructions to ensure that the client profile is correctly configured to show transaction fees



  • Locate the client within the client module and select the accounts tab






  • Scroll down the page to the 'Transaction/Admin Fees' section and ensure that the 'Show Tx Fee on Charges' check box is ticked as in the screenshot below
