If transaction fees are not showing on a client confirmation document, please check that the client profile is configured to display transaction fees on charges.
How to enable transaction fees on client confirmations
- Open the client record
- Go to the Client module.
- Search for and select the relevant client.
- Go to the Accounts tab
- Within the client record, click the Accounts tab.

- Check the Transaction/Admin Fees section
- Scroll down to the Transaction/Admin Fees section.
- Make sure the “Display transaction fee in booking charges” checkbox is ticked.

- Save your changes
- Save the client record.
- Re-generate the client confirmation document and verify that the transaction fee now appears with the charges.
If the transaction fee still does not appear after completing these steps, confirm that the transaction fee has been added correctly to the booking and try generating the document again.
