Some users may need access to all bookings created for their company (client) regardless of the contact assigned to the booking.

The super users have access to all basic functionalities. Additionally, they can view all bookings created for their company and access the Dashboard.

DASHBOARD

There are two ways to access the Dashboard from the home page: 

1 - Top of the screen, on the left-hand side.

2 - Bottom of the page, on the right-hand side.

DASHBOARD FEATURES

• Quick Stats: These statistics are based on the current month. 

• Performance: This section displays data based on the last 12 months.

DATE RANGE SELECTOR

Use the grey bar to select the date range for your statistics. You can choose from:

• This month.
• Last month.
• Last six months.
• Last twelve months.
• Custom date range (dd/mm/yyyy format).

MULTI-CLIENT OR MULTI-OFFICE

• If you have access to more than one client or office within the same client, select the one you want to see the statistics for, next to the date field.

GRAPH TYPE SELECTION

• Choose how you want data presented in the graph. You can select either a bar graph or a doughnut graph.

INTERACTIVE GRAPH

• Hover over different parts of the graph to see the total amounts by month. In the centre, you can view the total amount for the selected date range.

AVAILABLE STATS

The portal provides various statistics, including:

• The amount of confirmed business by arrival date, the total savings considering those bookings and the total enquiry value by month.
• The number of venues contacted by month.
• The number of lost or cancelled bookings.
• Top destination.
• Venue group confirmed events and top venue group expenditure will show you the most used groups in the bookings created for your company.
• The total independent venue expenditure will show how much was spent in independent venues and the top venue group by expenditure provides you with the most used venue group.
• The top venue type utilised shows if the most used type of venue within the date range selected is a hotel, conference centre or any other type of venue. This information is based on how the venues classify themselves in our system.

MEETING SISE AND SAVINGS

• The final fields provide you with the average meeting size and total savings based on bookings made in the current month.
